We are pleased to inform you of some exciting changes. Moorview Referrals will be moving into larger premises to allow us to expand the referral service on 29th January 2018.

We would like to reassure you that Moorview Referrals will continue to operate as we always have done, providing an affordable referral service in the North East.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We hope you do not have a reason to complain and we take all complaints very seriously. However, should you feel the need to complain, then please give as much information about your complaint either directly to a member of staff or in writing.

Where possible, please detail your complaint and the outcome you wish to arise as a result of the complaint. Please ensure we have up to date contact details so we can contact you. Our aim is to detail with all complaints within one week. The complaint will go to our practice manager and veterinary manager who will investigate the complaint and contact you directly to discuss the complaint with you.
