Where possible, please detail your complaint and the outcome you wish to arise as a result of the complaint. Please ensure we have up to date contact details so we can contact you. Our aim is to detail with all complaints within one week. The complaint will go to our practice manager and veterinary manager who will investigate the complaint and contact you directly to discuss the complaint with you.
