Video chat with a vet

We've partnered with Video Vets Now so you can speak to a vet from home or out and about – 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm.

How does it work?

Choose your time slot. Appointments are available 7 days a week between 8am and 11pm.

Consults are 10 mins and cost £24. If your pet needs to be seen by us or Vets Now, your original payment will be refunded.

The Vet will offer advice on caring for your pet. If your pet needs to be seen, they will help you arrange an appointment with us.

We partnered with Video Vets Now to help you get the advice and reassurance you need, wherever you are.

When to use Video Vets Now?

Sometimes a vet’s advice is all you need. Many queries can be resolved without visiting a practice, including:

  • Non-urgent queries
  • Preventative care advice
  • Advice on ongoing and chronic conditions

Please be aware that vets can’t prescribe medication via video chat.
