COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

We hope you do not have a reason to complain and take all complaints very seriously. However, should you feel the need to complain, then please give as much information about your complaint either directly to a member of staff or in writing.

If the complaint is about our primary care services please address complaints to:-

Where possible, please detail your complaint and the outcome you wish to arise as a result of the complaint. Please ensure we have up to date contact details so we can contact you. Our aim is to detail with all complaints within one week. The complaint will go to our head nurse and primary care veterinary manager who will investigate the complaint and contact you directly to discuss the complaint with you.
