Craig Dobson Primary Care changes in 2018

With 2018 fast approaching, Moorview Vets would like to take this opportunity to give you a further update on the changes within our practice.

My Family Vets is now rebranded as Moorview Vets as we have merged with the Moorview Veterinary practices in the North East; this is an ongoing process and we aim for it to be complete by the end of January. At present, all referral and out of hours cases are seen at our Backworth (NE27 OAA) but we aim to move all referral and OOH to Cramlington.

Our primary care branches – Ashington, Blyth, Gosforth, Monkseaton, Newbiggin and Northumberland Park – will all remain the same (though with extended opening times), with most procedures being performed at our Backworth, Cramlington and Northumberland Park branches.

This merger means we can continue to provide affordable veterinary care within the north east to the highest of standards, all our sites have access to CT, ultrasound and x-ray, which are currently based between our Cramlington and Backworth branches.

For our valued Cramlington clients, this means your primary practice will be Moorview Backworth Practice, NE270AA, where we will continue to offer patient care to the highest of standards. We understand that this may be a slightly longer distance for you to travel but hope you are able to continue using us. Emergency care and hospitalisation will be done at the Cramlington hospital.

Please visit www.moorviewvets.co.uk or our Facebook page ‘Moorview Vets Primary Care’ for updates. Alternatively, if you have any concerns at all, then please do not hesitate to contact one of our team members at your nearest practice.
